could we get settings for the build in graphs to change the times to a standard 24h clock?

It’s a good suggestion, I have a suggestion open internally that we should just respect the browser/OS settings when it comes to any time/date formats in the entire product (graphs/scheduler/whatever). The mobile apps should be better at this in some areas (like the scheduler), but I think need additional work for graphs as well.
