I am trying to send data from globalsat LT100 tracker device provisioned on Everynet LNS to cayenne dashboard. However no data is visible at the dashboard. On checking debug logs at LNS end, it seems the LNS is not able to reach to application and getting timeout error. Please suggest if the callback url has changed or any other issue. The call back url currently configured is http://mydevices.adapter.eu-west-1.everynet.io/.
The error message that i see at LNS end is “Sending ‘uplink’ message failed: application request timeout. Please check application availability.”
