Bug Filed on 03-01-2016: Install Fails (Fix Edit: need to expand file system)

Continuing the discussion from Bug Filed on 02-25-2016: Install fails in Installing myDevices agent:

Hi,

Here’s the output of df -h from the Pi

  1. What OS? Arch Linux
  2. What class/size SD card? 8gb
  3. What Model Pi? B+
  4. Please describe the bug / issue. Attaching any relevant screenshots would be very helpful! Thanks in advance.

Installation fails with following error message:

Setup requires at least 200Mb for install

You need to expand the filesystem prior to installing Cayenne. Check out this post:

Were you able to expand the filesystem and do a successful install?

According to his disk filesystem output he has 4.7GB available out of 14GB, which is odd because he posted that his SD card size is 8GB. Might have been a typo, or might have been output from the wrong pi?

Changing this to Resolved. The file system needs to be expanded. In near future, we will implement a change to automatically expand the file system if not already expanded.
