Please describe the bug / issue. Attaching any relevant screenshots would be very helpful!

I can attach my RPi3 using iOS app but when I try to remote control an error appear.

any help? I need to install additional software to enable this functionality? java, vnc, etc?

Can you ping the rpi?
Then You need to install the Tightvnc server onto your rpi and use a vnc viewer on your pc/ipad to gain remote access to rpi
Try to get remote access before installing Cayenne then you get all the basics working before layering software packages

I’ve installed the tightvnc and it work’s if I try to connect using LAN connection and internal IP.
If I try to connect througth mydevices app doesn’t work
for me the issue is still alive.

Yes, if you have previously installed tightvnc, then the myDevices remote desktop will have issues. See this thread: Bug Filed on 03-28-2016: Remote access problems [Fixed: suppress existing tightvnc connection]
