Cayenne is blocked in Russia. PLEASE HELP

Russian authorities keep trying to block Telegram.
It still works as if nobody blocked it, but other services suffer.
Probably your service is one of them.
Today google.com stopped responding, but google.ru is up and running.
Please make a list of all your IPs and send it to these 2 e-mails for unblocking:
Hotlinerkn@yandex.ru
Hotlinerkn@rkn.gov.ru
Here’s what i get when i try to install Cayenne on my rpi. So far 12 attempts to connect, and no success…
