Yes I saw the Onion Omega! I think @laurencehr was going to try to get Omega working with Cayenne using MQTT.

I will give prize if one of you @0lab @laurencehr can get the Onion online and working with Cayenne’s MQTT libs

this weekend I will think to work in unify my nodejs library and official cayenne library, for try to run that in onion omega, I have to check compatibilities, because for example in the BBG I had some problems with mraa library version 2 (I had to use v1).

Aditionally, I can use the same library for connect wit and cayenne (someone ask me for help in this).

Omega Onion2 put value on Cayenne MQTT Dashboard

I can send message from my Omega Onion2 by using mosquitto. install mosquitto by typing in Omega Onion2 terminal opkg update opkg install mosquitto mosquitto-client libmosquitto Use this command to publish on Cayenne Dashboard a message mosquito_pub -h mqtt.mydevices.com -i “client_id” -u “username” -P “password” -t v1//things//data/1 -m “message” You can substitute “client_id” “username” and “password”.
