Driver install failing

Raspberry Pi 3B - Raspbian Stretch

Tried installs from both the Web and Android

Install seems to crash on installing drivers, the app now has both Raspberry Pi as pending installation and aren’t clickable.
I received an email to say install was complete but it obviously isn’t.

Can you try another power supply? We have had this a couple times in the past and turned out the person was using a power supply that was under 2A that was just not supplying enough power.
