Slider does not work in Window or Android

In my Arduino 1 project with Cayenne, I included a Slider for an RGB LED and a Digital Motion. Only on my Iphone can I move the Slider, not in Windows or Android, the same for the change of state of the Digital Motion
Any suggestions?
