Stuck on Rebooting PI

Cant get passed “Rebooting PI”. Tried installing it on the raspberry itself, on the android or through putty but the result is still the same.

Got a fresh install of rasbian jessie, the only thing i’ve done so far is getting a MusicBot going for Discord, this should have something to do with it, but im a newb and cant figure out why. You can see what i’ve done in this link:

Im kinda clueless what to do, got cayenne to work flawlessly before I made a clean install and started tinkering with this musicbot.
