Two way control through app as well as press button

I need help to control my home appliances with two way trigger using app as well as with press button.I am using relay to control 230v.thank you need urgent help plz help.

Arduino mega with Ethernet shield w5100 .I want to control appliances using IOT.If there is no internet connection I should be able to operate my appliances using hardware press button
