About This Project
Hi, just starting with cayenne and Im pretty much impressed with it
I created a cloud detector for myself and friends amateur astronomer. it is place remotly and works wifi
Such a device is very expensive commercialy and i wanted to know if the rapsberry pi could do it.
Well it does and it works great
for now i only detect the presence of clouds or not but the next step is to trigger alert to astronomical equipement to open or shut the observatory roof and start the work on my imagery sessions
For now the only trigger is a sms to my cell phone when the skys are clear
