Data can't be displayed on Cayenne

Hi All,

Here are some details of the issue:

  • Device & model you are using: PolySense WxS8800

  • What dashboard are you using? Web

  • I cannot see the data on Cayenne. I’m using Activity’s platform. I’m sure that the routing profile on Actility is correct as I already have many other devices from different vendors and I can see the data on Cayeene with no issues.
