Yes, I agree this is not a real bug, it’s more like a requirement. You need at least two open ports, one for the http(s) traffic and the other one for the web socket traffic. So my suggestion would be to just take this as a FAQ entry and make clear that the port 8080 has to be open for outbound traffic using web sockets protocol.
