I am using Multitech mDotBox for range testing. There is many modes in that for the testing in which I use only two. 1) LoRa mode in which all sensor data, RSSI, SNR shows on TTN as well as on the Cayenne 2) GPS survey mode in which device shows RSSI, SNR, Latitude, Longitude, the temperature on TTN but it not visual on the cayenne dashboard.
Please help me in that beacause I want to see the GPS data on the map in the cayenne dashboard. The device eui is 008000000001321E.

we are looking into the issue.
I added in device list the Multitech mDotBox and in that overview i can see only the sensor data not GPS and at also data option the GPS data not visual.
According to this you set the frequency sub-band in GPS survey mode.

Can you check if they have issues when using sub-band 2? That’s what we use for our sensors.
Also the payload received from the TTN is null
