Help with testing with paho mock data

Hi,
I have been trying to mock a sensor with paho found here: paho-mqtt · PyPI so that I can make a working demo until our order comes in for our project. Unfortunately, the cayenne api isn’t very flexible and I can’t figure out how to publish any data to my cayenne dashboard. Any help is appreciated.
