Support for the DRV8838 Single Brushed DC Motor Driver Carrier.

This would allow the control of motors and of (true) latching valves as the polarity can be reversed.

“Speed control input; logic high causes the motor to drive.” so no pwm needed.

Excellent! I’ve been a Polulu fan since…the “Maestro” servo controller, circa 2012.
