How to setup arduino uno and ESp8266 module

Iam trying to connect my arduino to cayenne using ESP 8266

i already have connected TX >> RX and RX >> TX
and managed to upload the code which is attached to the connection step

after uploading the code noting happens to the web page and it still waiting for connection

first of all you need to change the esp8266 baud rate to 9600 and try this code. then use software serial to connect esp to pin 2 and 3 of arduino.
