Arduino version of the iSpindel open source hydrometer. This device is used to monitor the beer, cider or wine fermenting process. It consist of and ESP8266, battery and gyroscope packaged in a PET tube. The tube is inserted in the brew and as the sugar is turned into alcohol the tild (measuring gravity with a statistical model/ polynomial)will be reduced.

This project combines electronics, beer brewing and statistics

The code now works on an ESP32 also. I did not find a way yet to fit al in a PET tube and on a PCB yet.
