Digital I/O ports for ALL ports

Rpi 3 / IOS. (Still using webiopi old “manual” version Rpi3)

Many channels (2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 ,11) are unavailable or dedicated to serial devices. If the serial devices are not used (disabled) these ports should be made available for digital I/O.

I agree, would be nice to switch pin modes on all pins but if you add a device that requires that pin then make it non-selectable.
