myDevices is looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer that can develop frontend and backend applications. Our ideal candidate can hop on easily from a modern Javascript UI to the backend server code.
The person in this role will work on Cayenne and be responsible for building new features, fixing bugs reported by the QA Department and Cayenne Community, and ensure the product is stable and always improving. You will interface with the Cayenne Product Team, other developers, and the QA team.

Requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
Experience in both web and serverside development
Strong skills on software and architecture design patterns
Knowledge on data structures and algorithms
Experience building custom Javascript applications with one of the following frameworks (Angular or React)
Experience building RESTful API
Ability to work independently on complex projects
Available to work in our Burbank office
Bonus Qualification:
Knowledge of big data analytics and stream processing (Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Samsa, etc.)
Familiarity with MQTT, CoAP, LoRa
Experience with at least one of these data messaging stream (Kafka, Flume, Kinesis, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ)
Past experience with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Raskspace, etc.)
