IOS app - not available in Australia...why?

The Cayenne IoT Project builder app isnt available from App Store (IOS) in Australia.
Does anyone know why?

I’m in the USA and it is also unavailable here.

Can you use the web dashboard for now.

Thanks but I won’t always be connected to internet so really need something I can use on an intranet.
