Where is the client ID and key for MQTT?

I added a new device and it displayed a page with the MQTT username, password, client Id, and MQTT server path. I don’t remember what everything was, how can I get that page displayed for a device again? Do I need to remove a device and add a new one?

You can find your MQTT credentials by clicking the Settings wheel > Configure.
