A variety of color choices to accommodate voltage levels etc, alarm state green ok red in alarm. Red/yellow/green for level of alarm for say a battery bank.

Love this idea! Going into backlog 
Another idea along these lines is having a choice of more than 2 states. Say like, off, on, alarm or low, charging, fully charged etc. I was thinking 4 states would be plenty but can’t remember what I had in mind for the 4th state:frowning_with_open_mouth: Must be the brain damage
