24H time notation

Is it possible to add an option to change the default setting for time notation in the dashboard?
Time notation is like this now (bottom of device in dashboard):

Only Americans use the AM/PM notation.
The 24h makes more sense imho

We also still use imperial measurements. On behalf of the USA, sorry.
