Hello everyone, i have been looking for a solution to this problem ( relay controlled by cayenne and a physical switch) so what i want to do is to be able to turn on and turn off a lamp in cayenne interface and also be able to turn on-off by the physical switch on the wall, this what i have in mind … use a HCPL-3700 optocoupler(in this schematic is only simulated by an ac volmeter) to feedback the on-off lamp state to cayenee interface, this only works on cayenee dashboard, but when you turn off by the physical switch the lamp goes off and the optocoupler sends a ‘0’ to turn off the widget, and the problem is that the relay changes to normally closed and the lamp turns on again…

If cayenne provides pulse switch.I have a better idea.If we use a toggle flipflop with pulse from cayenne switch as clock to toggle the relay.I have tried this and it is the best way…
Please share the setting of Pulse switch !!
