I want to install an Abeeway Industrial Tracker. The GPS trackers are connected to a Helium network. The data connection between the Helium network and the Cayenne network seems to work fine. Cayene after adding the device does not display the map view and takes wrong data in the temperature and battery fields. I am also testing Browan Industrial Tracker, its data is displayed perfectly in the interface. That’s why I’m sure the data connection is fine.
What could be the problem?
