Good Morning - just had a system fail over the weekend and looking into it this morning ALL of the triggers I had set are GONE from the dashboard??? No sign of them! Can someone advise please?

And now they are visible again but aren’t triggering? Last trigger was few days ago and even though the trigger conditions are currently being met it isnt triggering. Is there/Has there been a server issue?
