Cayenne Account Deletion (GDPR)

In order to delete your Cayenne account:

  1. Log into your Cayenne account at https://cayenne.mydevices.com
  2. Click on User Menu in the top-right
  3. Click ‘Remove Account’
  4. Type DELETE in the box when prompted, then click the Confirm button.

Please note this action is irreversible, but you’re always welcome to make a new, free Cayenne account.

edit: NVM. The problem resolved itself. I tried again several hours later.

How long before my device EUI drops out of the system and is “allowed” to be added to a new account?

I deleted the device, then deleted my account (I observed the email address I used to signup was typed incorrectly.) I get the “conflict” error when I try to add the device EUI to my new account.
