Device removed from Cayenne, but not really

I wrongfully added the wrong type of device associated with a Device EUI. After “successfully” removing it from Cayenne, I got an error re-adding the device because there was a Device EUI conflict. Using the back button, I discovered the device was still in the database, but named “undefined” and I cannot remove it.

there is no device associate to your account. the dashboard is empty.
