Help whit disconnection


Hello everyone, Sorry I searched the forum but my bad English prevented me from finding what I was looking for.
I realized that after about 12 hours the display of the dashboard is closed and you have to log-in again, even having put the flag on “keep connected”.
Is it possible to avoid this disconnection by switching to a paid plan?



this is because of the new update we had and it a feature of that platform for better security. so nothing we can do right now.


Thank you for your answer, so even IOT in a BOX will disconnect?


IoTinaBox use other method, so this issue is not present.
