I can not get the list of rules from the api rest

Hello everyone, I would appreciate if you can help me, I am trying to get the list of rules using the following url:

header: Bearer xxxxxxxxxxx
url: https://platform.mydevices.com/v1.1/rules

but it shows me the following error:
