I try to add a Raspberry Pi 4 model B on the Cayenne Web.
I follow the code shown on the steps, and i have all the green tick on step 2. But it never get our of page 2. I have tried several times, and I always get back to Page 2 without able to proceed.
can you check the logs on the raspberry pi tail -f /var/log/myDevices/cayenne.log

I have the same issue and I applied tail -f /var/log/myDevices/cayenne.log command, cayenne.log file under /var/log/myDevices/ is not created, Unfortunately, I have the same reported screen stucked and can’t log in to the dashboard page to use my raspberry pi. Any recommendations ?!
