Raspberry Pi finishes setup but won’t show as set up on Cayenne

I removed cayenne from my pi but I wanted to reinstall it so I did and the setup completed fine but it won’t show up a set up on cayenne

can you share the output of tail -f /var/log/myDevices/cayenne.log

There is nothing in the /var/log/myDevices folder

that means the install was not successfully. can you try installing again using the terminal and see if it produces any error are produced.

It worked this time for some reason. I wonder why it didn’t work before when I did it the same way.
