Setup credentials error

Setting up my Pi via Cayenne, Cayenne sees IP address, try’s to start setup, “installing libraries” then
“Error! SSH Username, Password, or port”
I have usernames & password, done know port, & don’t know where I would enter them if I had them.

Any ideas please

Is your router blocking port 23?

Sorry for the late reply. SSH is turned off by default on Raspbian. Have you enabled it?
