Slide on Andriod

Hi!

I have a problem no the Andriod.

When I creat a slide on Dashboard,I can use it to change value via PC
but I use app to control slide ,it appear “can not connect to remote device” and not any action

I need help to solve it.

@amy0312g there is bug with slider which engineers are working to solve. @rsiegel tagging for this.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention, it’s a known issue with the Android app at the time of this posting – the slider widgets (at least for MQTT-connected devices) all throw this error message.

the problem with the sliders in the android app is still present. Any workaround?

Hi @litrinhos, apologies for the delay in a resolution for this issue. The only workaround right now would be to use the web dashboard or the iOS app which don’t have this same issue with MQTT Sliders.

I did update the issue in our bug database in a renewed effort to bring attention to it and get it fixed soon. Thank you for your patience.
