Hello I’m new here.

I already see a lot of topic this the same question but never a clear answer …

I have a Rpi this the last version of raspbian, just installed cayenne but impossible to enable a remote connection.

No network problems, ping ok, SSH ok. No VNC session running, popup allowed on my browser …

Can somebody give me a hand on this ?

There seems to be a bug with the new distro using pixel. Cannot remote access on raspbian Jessie with Pixel - #8 by rsiegel

The Cayenne team is aware and looking in to it.
