Add extensions

Good afternoon, I have a problem, I can not add the extensions of my shield (MCP23017 - GPIO, MCP3008 - A / D), the cayenne returns message that is pending but does not add the extension, which I may be doing wrong.

Please fix the following errors:
• Failed to add the sensor, please re-check your settings. Make sure you select the correct Channel / Slave Address.

These extensions were already working with the raspberry + shield plate, but we do not know why they disappeared from the cayenne. And now I can not add them anymore

First thing is to check the wiring. After that run the following commands and post back the output:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install i2c-tools
sudo i2cdetect -y 1
