i checked the logs and the payload received is 002799089effc6c22416d2249dae0020 where 0x27 is not an cayenne LPP data type. are you generating your own payload or using the device out of the box.
No I’m not using my own payload. How could this effect the registration of the device anyway? How can i fix this problem?
if not using your custom payload will have to check what is the issue here.
I’m having the same problem. Delete a sensor and tryied to add it againg but I get a “Conflict” error. I know that I have to wait some time to be able to add it againg, but how much time I have to wait?
