Alerts: SMS and Email (can't stop)

Hi, a few years ago I’ve created a project to test cayenne, and set weekly alerts to “offline device” (sms and email), I’ve deleted all settings from dashboard, the device, etc, but I still receiving the alerts. How I can stop receiving this alerts?

Have you disabled the trigger on your dashboard?

Yes, I’ve disable and delete all configurations from dashboard and deleted the device.

can you private message me your email_id associate with cayenne account.
