"Conflict" appears when trying to add new device

the device that im using right now is connected to another student’s account from last year’s batch, so are you able to disconnect the device from that account

can you private message me the student account and devEUI.

the only problem is that, i dont know that student as he/she has graduated from the school

well, we just cannot remove the device without any validation.

however, i have the device with me. do you need any source of evidence of the device?

without the user email id, it is difficult to track which account the device is added and later delete it.
