Device conflict

Hello everybody,

I need some help with a conflict. Maybe it’s an Admin subject but in advance thanks for your help.

I have a device added to an account that is no longer available on cayenne. The TTN account is still available.
This device was added some years ago.

I’m trying to add it again in a new cayenne account but I have a conflict error.

It seems that device could be “delete” by an admin but I’m not sure.

Could you please help me to have this device work again ?
