Data history will not be displayed

Good day,

I have a problem with displaying the history of data in Cayenne. When I give a selection of data for the daily I do not see the data but when I give a custom and I select the last from 6.6.2022 to 6.6.2022 the data is displayed. Older data is not stored in Cayenne. Can you please help me with that?

I have the same issue is there any resolution?

Nobody answered and I have no solution. I was extremely satisfied with Cayenne. I hope they figure it out and fix it.
