Device ID not valid

I’m having trouble trying to add a new device to MyDevice dashboard
Tektelic temperature sensor DEVEUI: 647FDA000000CE01
I’ve entered the ID into the box but it is not accepted
says enter valid device ID
Any help greatly appreciated,
