I have a Dragino LHT65 sensor connected to the Cayenne through the Helium Console. I created an alert to receive notifications if it goes offline; following Cayenne’s tutorial on Youtube, to receive sms messages on my cell phone. I tested by turning off the sensor but I don’t receive the sms. Is there any restriction to receive the alert via sms because I am in Brazil?
Offline status dont work with Lora devices.
