I have a LGT-92 that I’m currently trying to get to read in Cayenne. I have it added in my helium console, and currently have one string going to a Decoder so it shows up in Mapper.helium.com and another link from the tracker straight to Cayenne Integration. The DEUI is A840411D7182FC8F, nothing seems to pull in Cayenne when I go to data I don’t see anything. Any advice? Thanks guys!

Thank you for your help on slack. Incase anyone else sees this the mistake I was making was searching for the device without selecting helium first as my LoRan type. After that it all worked. Thanks again!
