IoT In a Box - Temperatura Sensor Measurement interval and Lifetime

Hello,

I have some questions and would like to know if you can help:

  1. What is the measurement interval of the LoRa temperature sensor? Is this configurable or fixed?
  2. What is the expected battery lifetime of the temperature sensor?
  3. Does the sensor sends the temperature only for the measured time or does it makes an average and send every “X” time?

Thanks for your questions.

  1. The temperature sensor sends data readings every 15 minutes, currently this is not configurable
  2. Depending on the use case (average temperature, range from the gateway, etc) the life expectancy is up to 5 years
  3. The sensor wakes up every 15 minutes, checks the temperature, and reports the temperature for that time. No averages are taken.
