LGT-92 Tracker does not send SMS after trigger

The Trigger counter told me, that the alarm trigger (pressing the red button on the Tracker) ran 5 times, but I never received an SMS. Phone number is correct ! What can I do ?

There is SMS limit.

How many SMS per month or year are allowed ? Is there a professional version of Cayenne without limitation available and, if so, at what cost ?
