No data from TTN SodaqONE app


I have a SodaqONE board running the tracker app, and although I see data on the gateway and the Cayenne integration on TTN says “running”, no data appears on my dashboard.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this would be appriciated.

I’d be happy to help. Can you let me know the DevEUI for the device in question? With this I can check our logs to see if we’re receiving payloads of the expected format, or if we’re not receiving payloads at all. This will help determine where the issue is occurring so we can further troubleshoot.


All sorted now. I did not realise that I needed to copy paste the process ID from the URL to the TTN portal.
