Hi, I just wanted to ask what I am missing on a lds02 dragino door contact? It stopped notifying me of opening and closing. I had just set it up and was working perfectly, but I then tried to take it to other locations on the helium network and tested many places but then it just quit I see the data but no notifications I was testing the area and your platform and helium too to see how I can sell sensors but I was cut off and don’t know the solution I deleted the trigger and made a new but nothing on notification
I understand there is a 90 send cut off but I did wait 24 hours to try again and nothing.
