No Data from Draguino LDS02

I added an LDS02 (door sensor) to Cayenne. I am not getting any live data. I am not sure what other info you need to help me. I have a Helium freedomFi and a Rak v1.5 in range. My DevEUI
A8404176F183099C

there is no data received for the device. Make sure you have added the cayenne integration in the helium.

I added the integration into Helium, but I see no data there either. It does not look like anything is being communicated from the device

same problem. and the link to the docus are no valid (error 404). what a shame
